Confidentiality

At ICEsoft we protect the identity and confidentiality of each resume that is received. All unsolicited resumes received at ICEsoft will be held in confidence for a period of six (6) months, and will be reviewed by Human Resources and Operations when a job opportunity becomes available.

Candidates who apply to a specific job competition who are not selected for the job will also have their resume held in confidence by ICEsoft for a period of six (6) months, in the event that another position becomes available.

Candidates who submit their resume to ICEsoft acknowledge and agree that ICEsoft will be in possession of this confidential information for a period of six (6) months and may be contacted by ICEsoft during this period with respect to employment opportunity queries.

After six (6) months all resumes are destroyed.
