Stinton Exploration Ltd (“Stinton” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce on November 11, 2105 the Board of Directors approved the appointment of David L Gordon to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr. Gordon hasconducted investment analysis for a Lipper award winning portfolio manager, has undertaken investment banking transactions with a major Canadian financial institution, and has resolved a wide spectrum of operational, business, and financial issues for small to large‐cap clients and government organizations. Mr. Gordon has participated in the junior and venture markets since 2003.
Mr. Gordon has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation; is a Project Management Professional (PMP); won the silver medal in Operations Management for his Commerce degree; is well versed in leadership strategies; and has published articles on strategy execution.
Stinton is pleased to welcome Mr. Gordon to its management team.
The Company announces that it has granted warrants to Mr. Gordon for the purchase of up to 100,000 common shares, exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.20 per share.
